2 Night Minimum Stay

Guests are not permitted unless staying at 7 Koppies
Food and beverages not bought at 7 Koppies may only be consumed in your rooms
A third person can be accommodated in Rockwood Cottage and Mountain room at an additional cost of R750 per night
TIMINGS
Check-in from 14h30 – Check-out by 11h00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If you are arriving between 09h00 and 12h00 and would like your room to be available immediately upon arrival we recommend booking from the night before.
CHILDREN
We welcome children aged 13 years and above
PETS
Small, well behaved dogs (max 2) are welcome at Rockwood subject to a few conditions – please contact us for further details. A one-night deposit will be needed at the time of final payment for breakages and/or damages
BOOKING PAYMENT
50% deposit required upon booking to secure arrangements
Final balance to be paid:
30 days prior to arrival for Low, Mid and High season bookings
60 days prior to arrival for Peak season bookings
All amounts paid should reflect the full invoice amount with no deduction of bank or credit card fees
CANCELLATION
61 day or more prior to arrival: no charge
60 – 31 days prior to arrival: 50%
30 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100%
No shows: 100%
Our cancellation policy also applies to confirmed bookings that reduce their length of stay. The above cancellation fees will apply on the released night/s
